What to expect
These classes link movement and breath. My approach is playful helping students to find ease as more challenging shapes are explored, and students are encouraged to work with the breath to go deeper.
These workshops explore using therapeutic grade oils as part of a holistic yoga practice which includes pranayama, asana, meditation, and relaxation with specific oils to support each element.

Moving into stillness. From a few moments to sit in your silence through to guided meditations to invoke a specific focus or change in energy so you can explore your experiences more deeply.
