I'm Dil Wijeyesekera. I offer energising and thoughtful classes and workshops which help students to listen to their own intuition. I have trained with renowned teachers including Jeanne Heileman and Mimi Kuo Deemer, and specialise in alignment based hatha, vinyasa and tantra flow. My approach focuses on making classes inclusive whilst taking you further into playful explorations of meditation, pranayama and other practices. Helping you to experience yoga more deeply.
I teach regularly in Bristol and London, and when I'm not teaching, you will find me day-dreaming about travel, my next read, and thinking up delicious recipes to try at the weekend. I have a background in international development and am passionate about people realising their full potential.
I've been practising and enjoying yoga for ten years, first discovering whilst living in Kenya, yoga has got me through some tough times and has become my daily go-to whether it's sitting in stillness for five minutes or playing with postures for a couple of hours. I have two 200 hour certifications, and am completing a 500 hour programme in Tantra Flow, registered with Yoga Alliance.
